Sunrise host Nat Barr has broken down in tears live on TV as she recalled the moment she saw The West ***********’s powerful front page of a young boy battling *******.

Noah Johnson appeared on the front page of Saturday’s newspaper alongside a devastating quote that said: “I don’t want you to get sad mummy, but sometimes I think it would be easier if I *****.”

The 12-year-old was diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma seven months ago and has since had 14 rounds of chemotherapy and 31 rounds of radiation.

Nat Barr was speaking on a Telethon panel on Saturday night when she broke down in tears over Noah’s gut-wrenching story.

“We had a briefing (breakfast this morning), so they get all the people who have come in from the Eastern States and they put us in this room just to remind us what on earth this thing (Telethon) is,” Barr said.

“I met this little boy in a wheelchair and he said his name was Noah, we had a little chat and I chatted to his parents.

“And then I walked in and I saw this,” Barr said as she held up the front page of The West ***********.

Barr then started crying as she told Noah’s story and how his life was turned upside down in a second.

“Did you read it? Did you read The West *********** this morning? If you didn’t, go read it,” Barr said.

“Eight months ago, he was a normal ****, then he was diagnosed with *******. His family, their lives, were turned upside down.

“So, it’s about him and it’s about every single **** whose life can be changed.”

As other panel members consoled Barr, she urged everyone to donate to help kids like Noah.
