2’s first major update has been released.

The trailer below highlights the game’s new Lethal Difficulty mode and new PvE operation, Termination, which sees players taking on the Tyranid swarm’s largest threat, the Hierophant Bio-Titan.

“For the rest of this year and throughout 2025, new content will keep coming to Space Marine 2,” publisher Focus Entertainment said. “Free updates include the upcoming Neo-Volkite *******, and later new PvE operations, PvP maps and modes and a blood-pumping Horde Mode with just one challenge: survive.”
