remake has gone on to receive plenty of praise over its treatment of the classic horror game, even with some unintentionally iconic features being removed from the game and ending a long-running meme. Aiming to bring the 20-year-old Silent Hill 2 up to modern standards, there have been plenty of tweaks from minor adjustments to complete overhauls for the remake. Despite some controversy over certain changes shown throughout the trailers, the overwhelmingly positive reviews speak for themselves, signaling the success of Bloober's Silent Hill 2 remake.
