Pathologic 3 will see players take the role of The Bachelor, a doctor invited to the town to help save it from this mysterious new ********. Like its predecessors, Pathologic 3 will ask players to save the town in only 12 days, but this time, there is a new mechanic to get used to: time travel.

Players will be able to travel in time to revisit key moments and change them to benefit themselves. They will be free to explore and influence events, changing the game’s entire narrative.
