players can begin the "Deeds of a Champion" main story quest with the title's Vessel of Hatred expansion, but many have encountered a bug that bars them from speaking with Councilor Sihek and moving forward in the quest. Those who are able to knock out objectives without issue should find Sihek outside the Kurast Undercity. However, there's still a way you can meet up with him if the NPC fails to make an appearance.
