Accused Cassius Turvey killers to face one trial next year after bid to split charges rejected

The group accused of ******** Indigenous teenager Cassius Turvey will face one major trial next year after WA’s Chief Justice rejected an application to have some of their charges tested at a second trial.

Jack Brearley, his girlfriend, Aleesha Gilmore, and three associates – Mitchell Forth, Brodie Palmer and Ethan McKenzie – were back in WA’s Supreme Court on Thursday via video links from different prisons around the state.
