WALGA conference: Former WA Nationals leader Brendan Grylls warns WA is losing clean energy race

Former WA Nationals leader Brendan Grylls has declared WA “lazy” and too slow to develop new industry projects, warning urgent State Government intervention is needed to avoid missing out on the clean energy revolution.

Mr Grylls told local government leaders on Wednesday that WA is in danger of missing out on major projects, despite the Cook Government’s pledge to become a global renewables powerhouse.
