Bunbury man convicted of domestic ********* loses second bid for instructor’s licence

A Bunbury man who was convicted of several family ********* offences in 2022 has had his appeal to get an instructor’s licence shot down by the State Administrative Tribunal for the second time in six months.

Senior State Administrative Tribunal member Michelle Evans-Bonner threw the appeal out late last month, finding it was an ****** of process given the lack of time between the last case.
