Starfield Shattered Space:  All Broken Fang’s Heirloom Locations

Bethesda Game Studios is renowned for making large games and equally massive expansions and the Shattered Space DLC is no exception. The gaming community wasted no time to ***** into the expansion and explore the new locations added to the expansion.

Tracking specific items in a large game can be troublesome; fortunately, this quick guide will help players navigate their way. It is best to prepare yourselves for a slew of powerful enemies that will do everything to hamper your progress to obtain these heirlooms.

Control Site Kappa is the Home of All Broken Fang’s Heirloom Locations

Bethesda Game Studios wants the player base to work for these broken heirlooms.

The first step to retrieve all of the Broken Fang’s heirlooms is to visit Control Site Kappa in the Shattered Space expansion. The site is located west of the Wayshrine of Strength and southwest of Dazra City and players will have to prepare themselves for the ****** of their lives.

Tip

Enemies will be on high alert and players should take extra precautions before entering the site.

Players will enter the site and follow the path leading to a red door that will go straight to the building and up to the officer lounge floor. Exit the elevator and go left to grab the Farewell to Arms audio long placed on the table.

Listening to the log will reveal the location of the Broken Fang’s Heirloom rifle. ****** Spacers will be heavily guarding the rifle heirloom tightly and players will have to wipe them out.

Once the rifle is in your possession, you will descend to the lowest level using the stairwell and reach the Water Reservoir. Akin to the process of unlocking the first heirloom, grabbing an audio log called an Accident Waiting to Happen will reveal the location of the Boost Pack.

Players will have the opportunity to grab another audio log called Fit for a King and it will lead players to the marked area of the third and final heirloom which is a suit.

While searching for the boost pack heirloom, Starfield players will likely encounter high-level enemies such as a Space Myth or a Space Predator. Once the second heirloom is obtained, head straight back to the elevator and reach the Command Center Floor where the spacesuit is safely tucked away.

There are a few options for going through this combat encounter. One is avoiding getting sucked into the combat. You can get through this area without ******* a shot or taking down enemies. The other option is by going loud and proud which can be risky.

Starfield Players Can Now Backtrack to Maaliya and Decide Whether to Repair These Heirlooms or Not

The Fang’s armor set seems like a worthwhile reward.

After a successful effort, you will have recovered all the heirlooms and then return them to Maaliya. Unfortunately, most players expected a great reward for their efforts to recover these heirlooms from a place that is well-guarded with different enemies. Repairing these heirlooms is another discussion entirely. Starfield players will have to convince Maaliya’s father first.

Whether you choose to repair or leave the broken heirlooms as they are, you will still receive the same amount of XP and credits regardless. Persuading Maaliya’s father, Farud Hajtal can be done through the dialogue choices.

The developers of Bethesda Game Studios knew what they were doing and thought fans would appreciate this underwhelming twist at the end of the mission. Perhaps it had a different reception from what they envisioned.
