The “amateurish” and “farcical” mistakes that brought down a gym owner’s ruse to cash in on a life insurance policy by faking her own ****** have been revealed for the first time.

Karen Salkilld concocted a fatal car ****** in November 2023 then even produced a doctored ****** certificate, Coroner’s Court letter and a ******** invoice, to claim the policy’s $719,000 payout.
