NRW Holdings has acknowledged it is running the Mitchell Freeway upgrade project where a 35-year-old father was ******* by an excavator.

Irish national Barry Breslin ***** after he was hit by the arm of an excavator while working on the verge of the freeway’s southbound off-ramp at Warwick Road around midday on Thursday.
