Plan for Cottesloe’s Station Street to see apartment towers, luxury hotel and restaurants at shopping plaza

Developers plan to build two apartment towers, up to 17 storeys high, a luxury hotel and restaurants in the heart of one of Perth’s leafiest suburbs.

The proposal for 7-11 Station Street, Cottesloe has been labelled a “monstrosity” by one local businesswoman but the developers insist it will bring much-needed “vibrancy” to the area.
