During an interview with Wired, Brown revealed that she’s a massive fan of The Sims 4 and Fortnite, two games that have remained quite relevant despite the ever-evolving video game industry. 

She mentioned that she loves building houses, something both games are more or less known for. Brown also added that she tends to “bush camp” until all the enemies **** in Fortnite, after which she hands over the controller to someone more skilled to get her a Victory Royale.

However, the Godzilla: King of Monsters star claimed that she isn’t a fan of gaming, despite being addicted to these two games. She claimed she isn’t really good at those games either. 

But considering she likes The Sims 4, recent leaks regarding a possible fifth installment of the game might make her stop playing once and for all. 

Possible The Sims 5 leaks that have raised eyebrows

There was a lot of talk regarding a possible fifth installment being added to The Sims franchise. It has been 10 years since the fourth installment was released and there are currently around 80 million live users worldwide.

user revealed screenshots from “Project Rene”, a codename used by EA for an upcoming Sims release, which is speculated to be the fifth installment. In those screenshots, options like “Create a Sim” and outfits that are usually purchasable using in-game currency weren’t available. 

While these were options available in The Sims 4, they weren’t featured in the playtest. The franchise might have a tough time retaining its fanbase of the last 10 years. 

However, EA confirmed that they will not release another part of the Sims game. They will only be making updates on The Sims 4 in terms of graphics or possibly even adjusting the gameplay with new features or missions every now and then. 

EA stated they didn’t want to add a fifth installment as it would lead to the loss of a decade’s worth of gameplay. And since they have a massive number of live players already, they do not want to hit the reset button and start over with a new game. EA’s “Project Rene” could possibly be a teaser for Sims Online.
