Fraser family pause action as Samantha’s ******* appeals

The family of a woman brutally murdered by her estranged husband have had their compensation bid delayed because the ******* is fighting to appeal his conviction.

Adrian James Basham, 47, was jailed for life in 2023 after a jury found him guilty of murdering Samantha Fraser at her Phillip Island home on July 23, 2018.
