Floods and tornadoes cause damage in US Gulf states

Some regions of Louisiana and Alabama have been under tornado alert as storms hit the region.

A flash flood warning was in effect earlier on Wednesday in northern Texas. The National Weather Service alerted residents in New Orleans not to drive due to the storms coming in from the Gulf of Mexico.
