Harvey Bulls star Trinity Brown edged out Busselton’s Katie-Jayne Grieve to win the Nola Marino Medal in a thrilling count on Friday night.

The Magpies’ bye in the final round of the season left Grieve, who was attempting to become the second two-time winner of the award alongside Donnybrook’s Jess Verbrugge, stuck on 25 votes, two ahead of Brown on 23.
