Perth Glory defender Josh Risdon’s homecoming to Bunbury has ended in defeat, with his side suffering a 3-2 loss to Newcastle Jets in a pre-season clash at Hay Park.

In their second loss in six pre-season games under new coach David Zdrilic and first to A-League opposition after wins over Melbourne City and Brisbane Roar in the Australia Cup, the Glory produced a performance which showed both some good signs and defensive frailties.
