A palliative care nurse has been punished for having an inappropriate personal relationship with the grieving husband of a former patient, including accepting $15,000 from the elderly man.

Cheryll Fredericks had a 20-year career as a registered nurse in South ******* before moving to Australia in 2010, and was working at a private hospital in Perth in December 2020 when she met the couple.
