According to the Plumas County Sheriff’s Office, Caleb Duerr escaped from the jail around 8 a.m. The jail is in Quincy, about 160 miles northeast of Sacramento. Arrest made in San Joaquin County courthouse threat Duerr was last seen near an O’Reilly’s store in Quincy, the agency said. The agency shared a picture of Duerr, describing him as age 39, measuring 6 feet 1 inch, weighing around 165 pounds, and having brown hair and blue eyes.
