An iron ore price revival and a glimmer of lithium hope have catapulted Mineral Resources shares, dragging the company’s horde of short sellers into the pressure cooker.

******** stimulus measures announced on Tuesday aimed at boosting the country’s flailing property sector has thrust the iron ore spot price up nearly $US10 a tone in the space of three days.
