The remaster costs $50, and those who already own the game on PS4 and PC can upgrade to the PS5 version for $10. It seems like Sony wanted to avoid a situation where players would have gotten the remaster for cheaper. If players bought the digital version at the original $20 price point, then they would only have to pay a total of $30 to play the remaster instead of $50.

Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered launches on October 31, shortly before the ****-friendly Lego Horizon Adventures. It features re-recorded conversations and graphical improvements, along with accessibility options that were introduced in its sequel, Horizon Forbidden West.
