A CHP representative told FOX40.com that the ********* happened on the onramp to northbound Business 80, north of N St.

One man was shot in the arm and made the emergency call, the CHP said, adding that he was taken to a hospital.

Officials canvassed the area to search for evidence connected to the ********* and later said that the highway was completely reopened.
