The falls mark new 52-week and 10-year lows for the company.

The trend of Ubisoft stock prices falling has been on-going, and doesn’t appear to be slowing down. While they aren’t at all-time record lows, the company is looking for ways to turn things around before they approach that level.

On Wednesday, they announced an investigation into the workings of the company. This investigation by Ubisoft’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors will include a full review of the company, including “further improving our **********, notably in this player-centric approach, and accelerating our strategic path towards a higher performing model to the benefit of our stakeholders and shareholders.”

In addition to the investigation, it was confirmed that Star Wars Outlaws performed below expectations in terms of sales, and *********’s Creed Shadows was delayed until February 2025.
