Boise police are investigating a motorcycle fatality after a ****** occurred in the early morning hours Sunday.

At 2:50 a.m., officers responded to the S. Vista Avenue and West Rose Hill Street intersection, southwest of downtown, the Boise Police Department said in a Tuesday

The man operating the motorcycle ***** from his injuries at a hospital on Monday.

“On scene, there was no immediate evidence that another vehicle was involved,” police said. “Witnesses reported seeing the victim after the ******, but officers did not locate anyone who witnessed the ******.”

Police said a preliminary investigation by the department’s ****** reconstruction team found that the motorcyclist was heading north on Vista and had gone through the S-curve around the Boise Depot before crossing the intersection at Rose Hill and hitting a concrete wall.

The Ada County Coroner’s Office will identify the victim once his family has been notified.
