Shire of Boyup Brook councillor Philippe Kaltenrieder has been charged with indecent ********.

Cr Kaltenrieder appeared at the Manjimup Magistrates’ Courthouse on Thursday morning, facing one count of unlawful and indecent ******** stemming from an incident on August 29.
