Nextruss Steel last week locked out for rental arrears, which have since been repaid. The company is linked to the collapsed Modco Residential

Another company linked to ******* builder Modco has encountered difficulty, locked out of its storage yard in Bayswater for two days last week after failing to pay rent.

Nextruss Steel — which lists Annamarie Khan as a director and her son Yusuf Khan as a former director and secretary — was on Thursday prevented from gaining access to a hardstand yard where it stores more than $100,000 worth of steel trusses.
