Aussie workers call for higher salaries before returning to the office

Almost half of Aussie workers require a salary boost if they’re to be enticed back into the office, new research reveals.

The new data from specialised recruiter Robert Half found 44 per cent of the 1000 full-time workers surveyed would require a salary premium before considering going back to the office, with the expectation of a 10 per cent increase on top of their base salary.
