‘Vile’: man gambled $64k from victim’s family crowdfund

A man who organised a crowdfund to support an alleged ******* victim’s family squandered the money to fuel his gambling addiction.

Lachlan Morganti, 22, pleaded guilty in Ballarat Magistrates Court to the theft of more than $64,000 from the online fundraiser in April.
