A longtime breakfast destination near a busy Boise intersection has gone dark.

Huck House Brunchette, 7135 W. State St. in Garden City, closed Sunday. Opened in 2021, the family-owned Idaho restaurant specialized in breakfast, coffee and what it called “adulting” — mimosas and ******* marys.

“Like many small businesses and independent restaurants, we have faced challenging circumstances that have left us no choice but to close,” a note posted on the door explained.
