Oranguru and Passiman Research Day has arrived for Pokémon Go players who wish to participate in the event. Here, you’ll be focused on completing Field Research tasks to earn Oranguru and Passiman encounters if you choose to get the Premium Research Ticket.

This isn’t a free event, however: You must purchase the Premium Timed Event ticket from the Pokémon Go store to participate and earn all rewards. The ticket allows you to get Oranguru and Passiman encounters, with a chance for them to appear in their Shiny versions.
