Yes, we have plans for it. There will be new stuff for everything.

It’s great to see that the development team is actively listening to player feedback and planning to introduce more classes to the game with future updates. However, we can’t help but think that the addition of Techmarines as a class would shake up the meta in Space Marine 2.

If you’re unaware, in the Warhammer 40k universe, Techmarines are specialized soldiers who are known for maintaining and repairing advanced machinery, vehicles, and weaponry. Trained directly by the Adeptus Mechanicus, they possess both combat mastery and deep technical knowledge.

In Space Marine 2, Techmarines, as a character class, could bend combat and support roles. Equipped with ranged weapons and servo-arms, they can help deploy defensive turrets and target nearby enemies.

Their mechanical expertise could boost offense while maintaining battlefield utility. The potential is unlimited when it comes to a powerful class like this.

While it’s not as impressive as Helldivers 2, it has certainly set a new precedent for the industry. The Space Marine sequel is the most-played Warhammer title ever and smashes all previous entries in the legendary series by a long shot.

Gamers have constantly praised Saber’s attention to detail for the game’s campaign mode, which lasts 15 hours and induces deep storytelling without compromising on action. It’s a massive improvement over the original game in terms of graphics, sound, and gameplay aspects.
