Bloodborne 2 Has Only One Reason to Get Made and Hidetaka Miyazaki Must Make it Happen for Yharnam

Bloodborne is one of the most popular action-adventure titles of all time. Developed by FromSoftware, this PS4 exclusive title was released in 2015. The game portrays the decrepit Gothic Victorian-era inspired city of Yharnam, which is infested with a blood-borne ******** called Yharnamites.

This title became huge after its release, as it took a special place in everyone’s hearts for its unique storytelling, breathtaking gameplay, and stunning visuals. However, despite this huge success, there hasn’t been any sequel to this highly popular title. That is why the director of the game, Hidetaka Miyazaki, needs to make a sequel so that this wonderful game reaches more people.

Bloodborne Is Only Available on PlayStation 4

Hidetaka Miyazaki is probably one of the finest game makers the world has ever seen. Through the hands of the President of FromSoftware, we have seen titles like Elden Ring, Sekiro, Dark Souls, and many more.

Now all of these games have a major difference with Bloodborne. That is, all of them were released for multiple platforms. And this is where the Yharnam-based title stays behind in the race. Hence, out of all Miyazaki’s games, this title needs a sequel the most.

After its release in 2015, this game became an instant hit. However, things got rattled when the game started putting intense pressure on the PS4. Being an older-gen console, this was evident.

Hence visual stuttering and lags were seen, which absolutely disrupted the intense combat sessions. The game’s immense success was based on the Gothic-inspired environments and Lovecraftian elements, and the 30 FPS capping on that console never did justice to the game’s wonderful aesthetic.

Hidetaka Miyazaki Should Make Bloodborne 2 For a Special Reason

People have always wanted Miyazaki to make a sequel of the game, which will be available on all the popular platforms. This will surely quench the thirst of millions of fans who wanted to try out the game but never could because of their Xbox and PC. Not only that, but this will also give them the best experience in higher framerates and better resolutions.

A sequel of the game would have also been perfect on powerful consoles like PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles. Not only will it depict the dark alleys of Yharnam with more realism and aesthetics, but it will also let players play at least on 60 FPS. On PC, the FPS meter could go higher as well.

Elden Ring too doesn’t have a sequel yet, despite being released in 2022. But the game was released on multiple platforms and became the second best-selling game that year. This shows the hunger of people to play FromSoftware games on widespread platforms. And that is why we seriously need a Bloodborne sequel so that more people will be engulfed in Yharnam’s dark and ******* lore.
