Widespread ********* broke out following the deaths of 16 year-old Kyrees Sullivan and 15-year-old Harvey Evans in the Ely area of the city. No pleas were entered and all 13 were released on unconditional bail and were told they would appear at Cardiff Crown Court on 21 October.
