Spotted by reliable Rockstar news source Tez2, the developers “accidentally included” Red ***** Redemption PC’s metadata in the latest launcher update that introduced anti-cheat for GTA 5. However, Rockstar has promptly removed the data, and players can no longer spot files about RDR1 PC.

In the update history section, players will see that developers provided three updates for the listing yesterday, and the changelog shows regular updates over the past few months. However, it hasn’t been confirmed as the official SteamDB page for Red ***** Redemption’s PC port.

Based on the X post, the update included data for several games, including Americas, GTA III Definitive Edition, GTA IV, GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition, GTA V, GTAV Gen 9, GTA Vice City Definitive Edition, LA Noire, LA Noire VR, Max Payne, Red ***** Redemption, and Red ***** Redemption 2. It’s worth noting that “Project Americas” is believed to be the internal codename for GTA 6.

Red ***** Redemption is Rockstar’s first entry that takes us on an expansive journey across the Wild West.
