Players can only visit this area from the game’s Nine Hells on a few occasions, though it is a vital locaation for several characters found in the game’s main and side stories. S can be seen using Astarion while walking around a flaming landscape and along a river presumably of flowing lava, discovering items and loot along the way, indicating fully playable custom regions and campaigns could be around the corner.
