Evidence, including security surveillance video, showed that several people were in a Amoco gas station parking lot at 1443 Second Ave. for an after hours gathering on Sunday morning, Parizek said. Several arguments broke out at the gathering. The victim was seen intervening in one of the arguments after it escalated into a physical ******. The victim had struck Taylor and knocked him to the ground, Parizek said. Evidence showed Taylor responded by pulling out a **** and ********* the victim.
