Splatoon 3 are coming to an end, Nintendo announced on Sept. 15. The game will still be playable and receive balance patches and monthly challenges, but new content won’t be coming to the shooter after a little over two years of support.

New weapons and stages were added over time, and the single-player DLC Side Order also came out earlier this year. Most recently, another Splatfest was held, where players were divided into teams and competed against each other in Turf Wars to accumulate points. But all good things must come to an end.
