) — After 43 years of being in business, Grand Mesa Medical Supply on North Avenue is closing. Owner Kahnie Johnson says she’s closing down for personal reasons, but says it’s somewhat heartbreaking after serving over 10,000 customers over the years.

It’s been kind of an honor and a privilege to do that for them. hopefully we’ve made a difference in their lives and improving their quality of life

Johnson says the store will close sometime between the end of September and midway through October once everything in the store is sold or liquidated. Until then, everything in the store in 20% off.
