Albanese’s home ownership Bills blocked by Greens and Liberals

New moves by the Albanese Government to tackle the country’s housing crisis have hit a roadblock, with the Greens and Liberals saying they won’t support be supporting legislation before the Senate this week.

The Greens’ Max Chandler-Mather and WA ******** Senator Dean Smith yesterday revealed their respective parties would not support Labor’s Help to Buy and Build-to-Rent legislation — both mooted as critical to resolving the chronic housing shortage.
