NBA 2K25 via attribute upgrades—some require hard work. In the case of the Workout Warrior badge, we mean this literally. This badge is an upfront investment, though—get it once, and you won’t have to workout ever again.

If we’re being pedantic about it, you have to raise one particular attribute to get the Workout Warrior badge in NBA 2K25, but you can’t do this via the character’s attribute sliders. You must go to the gym for this one, but the sweat will be worth it in the long run.
