Tractor trailer driver ***** after I-80 ******

BUTLER TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The driver of a tractor-trailer ***** after crashing the vehicle on Interstate 80 Thursday.

According to the Hazle Township ***** & Rescue Company, at 6:00 a.m. crews were called to I-80 west mile marker 267.2 in Butler Township for a rollover tractor-trailer ******.

Traffic delays expected on Dickson City roadway

Units arrived on the scene and saw the tractor-trailer on its side against guide rails. Crews said they were not able to make contact with the driver, who was entrapped in the vehicle.

Multiple crews were able to extricate the victim after working on a rescue for an hour, however, the victim ***** from their injuries on the scene.

The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
