Bucks County man charged with drugging, ******* women he met on dating site

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, Pa. – A disturbing dating nightmare has ended with a Bucks County man facing several ******* ******** and ***** charges, and officials believe more victims could be out there.

Andrew Gallo, 40, is accused of drugging at least six women he met on a dating website, then ********* assaulting them while they were impaired.

The victims, ranging in age from 17 to 30, reported meeting Gallo on a dating website, then meeting at his house for dates.

Officials say Gallo would secretly slip a controlled substance into the drinks of his victims, who felt “strange” after drinking them.

“They described feeling a lack of control during the ******* encounter and being unable to stop anything Gallo wished to do,” the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office said. “All the victims reported engaging in rough **** with the defendant.”

A man who identified himself only as Todd, showed up to Gallo’s home on Beechwood Lane in Levittown on Wednesday morning, to pick-him up for a painting job they started on Tuesday.

He said he’s known Gallo for 15 years and had no idea he was arrested a few hours earlier.

“I would never ever think that would happen,” he says. “He’s a good guy, well, until it’s proven. I don’t really know what you’re really telling me, I’d like to hear it and see it for myself.”

At Gallo’s home, FOX 29 briefly spoke with a woman who identified herself as Gallo’s mother and said he was at a doctor’s office and had no comment.

When asked about the allegations, she said, “I have no idea what’s going on.”

A neighbor, Ken Hyshore, says he noticed a lot of women going in and out of the home but just thought Gallo was dating a lot.

He says a few months ago, he checked on a woman that was wandering with no shoes on in the rain, near Gallo’s home. She eventually got into a rideshare – an interaction that he’s now questioning.

“When I went over to her, she just didn’t seem like she was there, I don’t think she knew what planet she was on,” he says. “Now, in hindsight, I feel really bad, maybe she did need help, but I just had no idea.”

Lab results revealed the victims had methamphetamine and other drugs in their systems, while a bottle of tequila found in Gallo’s home also tested positive for methamphetamine.

Gallo is charged with five counts of ***** by causing impairment, six counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, four counts of strangulation, two counts of selling or furnishing ******* or malt or brewed beverage to minors, and one count of *********** of minors. He was arrested on Wednesday morning.

Officials say they “strongly” believe there are other victims, and are urging them to come forward if they went on a date with Gallo and think they may have been drugged.
