Innaloo residents outraged over JDAP approval of four-storey apartment development

The first of many high-density apartment developments in Innaloo has been approved, leaving residents furious over fears of loss of privacy and unsafe traffic conditions.

An Inner Development Assessment Panel meeting last month approved a four-storey apartment development in a residential area of Innaloo containing 12 dwellings on a 750sqm block.
