Wheatstone, Gorgon maintenance workers threaten industrial action in stand-off with Chevron contractor Altrad

Maintenance workers asking for improved wages and allowances from Chevron contractor Altrad say they will move on industrial action this week if their employer doesn’t put forward a decent offer.

The multinational oil and gas servicer is currently locked in negotiations with the Offshore Alliance — a partnership between the Maritime Union of Australia and *********** Workers Union — to pin down the terms of a new enterprise agreement.
