There are lots of tough words in today’s Quordle – and I only played the Classic version, not the new (and even *******) Extreme mode! I needed all nine guesses to solve it, and indeed had to guess the final one (SAVOY) with only four of the five letters. Before that, CACTI and its two Cs had caused me problems, as had ODDER and its two Ds. Not easy at all.
