Cumberland County man charged with ******* unconscious victim

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– A Cumberland County man is facing charges after allegedly ******* an unconscious woman, according to the Middlesex Township Police Department.

Police said on June 27, officers were informed of a ******* ******** that occurred the previous day at a residence in Middlesex Township.

Through an investigation, police allege that Matthew Remeikis, 35, entered a residence he was not privileged to be in and ****** an unconscious woman.

Police said Remeikis turned himself in to Magisterial District Judge Rogers’s Office.

Remeikis is facing charges of ***** of an unconscious victim, aggravated indecent ******** without consent, and ********* trespass, police said.

Remeikis was denied bail and is currently incarcerated at Cumberland County Prison, according to police.
