Forbes names four Greenville companies among best employers in 2024, check out SC list

indicated that 36% of workers plan to seek a new job during the second half of 2024. This number is down 49% from last year during the same *******.

“Over the last few months, employee retention has increased as workers have chosen stability in the face of global uncertainty,” said Becky Wallace, head of people at corporate learning platform LearnUpon. “The declining job market, dubbed the ‘Big Stay’ by the CIPD (the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), is a huge win for HR leaders who have been working hard to retain staff following years of increased attrition.”

According to Forbes’ 2024 America’s Best Employers by State roundup, these are the South Carolina companies retaining their employees.

surveyed over 160,000 employees working for companies with at least 500 people within the U.S. Participants were asked how likely they would recommend their employer on a scale of zero to 10 and to evaluate employers they’d worked for in the past two years. Responses from 50 states were then tallied and put into a scoring system and survey data from the last three years. The companies that made the Forbes list were the ones that received the highest scores; in total, 1,294 organizations appeared on the list. It is also worth noting that companies did not pay to be included in the list.
