IN PICTURES: Players doll up for Albany Netball Association’s Michelle Parsons awards

Players from the Albany Netball Association traded their skirts and bibs for dresses and heels on Saturday night to attend the annual Michelle Parsons Awards evening.

Held at Lime Burners 303 on September 7, players from the eight ANA A1 teams dolled up to celebrate the best among them.

More than a hundred women from the Railways, Royals, Kangas, Bullets, Magpies, Narrikup, Bethel and Griffins enjoyed dinner and drinks at the venue.

The Michelle Parsons Memorial Award for the fairest and best player went to Railways shooter Kasey Warren.

Other awards announced included the best under-18 player and umpire of the year while the ANA also named an all-stars side from the A1 competition.
