Miyazaki and his team couldn’t have been more obvious if they tried. Anything that heals will instead damage Revenants, meaning that casting the area-of-effect “Heal” incantation near them will make short work of these enemies.

And if you’re not one for incantations, summoning the Finger Maiden Therolina spirit ash will apparently “solo them for you in like 2 seconds flat.”

So, while Hidetaka Miyazaki may have created one of the most annoying non-boss enemies in gaming history with the Revenant, he also provided players with the tools to overcome this challenge. It just goes to show that in the world of Elden Ring—knowledge truly is power.
