A man is accused of deliberately crashing his 28-week pregnant partner’s side of the car into a tree after repeatedly punching her and threatening to “bash and *****” her.

John Leonard Lance Yates’ lawyer told Kalgoorlie Magistrates Court on Thursday he denied “pretty much entirely” the allegations being made by police.
